If you will be returning to our practice more than once, you will find it especially beneficial to sign up for an ONLINE PATIENT SERVICES account.  This is your secure portal to communicate with our practice.  By creating an ONLINE PATIENT account, you may find that:

• It is useful for communicating all of your non-urgent care issues;
• It eliminates frustrating phone tag between yourself and our office;
• Our nurses can more efficiently respond to your inquiries and requests;
• You can securely update and submit your Registration and Health History forms, thereby saving you from the need to arrive early to your appointment;
• You can update your personal account and insurance information as they change;
• You can securely request prescription refills;
• You can securely request your lab results;
• You can view your account history; and
• You can pay your bill online at anytime!

To get started, call our office and request to receive an invitation to create your online account log-in.  (If you’ve recently provided us with your email, you may have already received your invitation in your inbox.)  The system will generate an invitation email, which will be sent to the email you specified, and (this step is very important) you MUST click on the link in the email to activate your online account with us.

Once completed, come back to this web site to click on the green tab at the top right-hand corner (“ONLINE PATIENT SERVICES”).  That’s it!  You’ll then be ready to use our new secure messaging system!  It is simple to use and it is free!  Please note that our ONLINE PATIENT SERVICES system is reserved for the use of our patients only.
