At ID CONSULTANTS & INFUSION CARE SPECIALISTS, you’ll find the highest level of care provided by a highly dedicated team of specialists. We look forward to working with referring physicians and patients to diagnose, treat, and prevent infectious diseases in this region.
Because our physicians specialize in 100% Infectious Disease (ID) care, we require a referral from your physician to ensure that an ID condition has been identified. Additionally, even though you may be under our physician’s care for an acute or long-term ID condition, you will still need a Primary Care Physician to maintain your overall care and to direct your medical care to us and other providers if necessary from time to time.
To schedule a patient appointment, please have your physician call us at 704-331-9669 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. If assistance is needed before or after regular office hours, call our main phone number and follow the recorded instructions for reaching our on-call physician.
